Especially for the Indonesian cuisine lovers, both corporates and individuals can now enjoy a great pleasure of having a private culinary workshop in making authentic Indonesian dishes together with a guidance of a great Indonesian culinair experts, originally from Indonesia. For a better pleasant atmosphere and to escalate the excitement of the program, we do reserve a minimum group of 5 people to join the fun, and this workshop can take place at your very own kitchen, a rented hall, or a rented kitchen studio [upon request]. The Chef will further explain what equipment should be provided, and ingredients to be purchased. To fulfill your request, the workshop program can be extended with shopping and eating with The Chef. This way you will indeed guarantee to NOT purchase wrong ingredients needed, and at the same time, you will also gain the opportunity to get a better explanation in depth about the history of different Indonesian spices. In order to make a reservation for this program, you need to consider a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your intended scheduled occassion.
